This multifunctional venue can be configured for either pickleball or badminton based on reservation requirements, offering flexible court rental options.

Court Rules & Regulations:
1. Please wear appropriate sportswear and athletic shoes when entering the court. Bare feet, black-soled shoes, hard-soled leather shoes, high heels, or other unsuitable footwear are strictly prohibited. Guests who damage the court flooring by wearing improper footwear will be charged a cleaning and maintenance fee of NT$3,000.2. Any damage to the court facilities or equipment caused by improper use will be charged at the replacement or repair cost.
3. Smoking, wearing slippers, or being shirtless inside the facility is prohibited to maintain proper etiquette and cleanliness.
4. Tables, chairs, bicycles, umbrellas, pets, and hazardous or flammable items (such as lighters, fireworks, explosives, etc.) are prohibited inside the facility, except where otherwise permitted by law (e.g., guide dogs, hearing dogs, and mobility assistance dogs).
5. Except for drinking water, no food or beverages are allowed inside the court. Chewing gum and betel nut are also strictly prohibited to help maintain cleanliness.
6. Ball practice is prohibited in walkways and non-court areas.
7. Children accompanying guests are not permitted to run or play inside the court area.
8. Drawing lines, graffiti, installing fixed signs, posting or hanging posters or banners, and hammering nails are strictly prohibited.
9. Individuals with medical conditions that are unsuitable for sports (such as heart disease or asthma), or those deemed unfit for exercise, should not use the court. Except for injuries caused by defects in the building or facilities, users are solely responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages. The facility assumes no liability for medical expenses or compensation resulting from improper use.
10. When hosting events at the facility, please comply with the following requirements:
(1) Protective floor mats must be used.
(2) Do not drag equipment or objects across the floor to avoid scratches.
(3) Do not place excessive weight on the floor to prevent damage.
(4) Keep the floor dry. If water is spilled, please wipe it up immediately to prevent damage to the wooden flooring.
(5) After use, please restore the venue to its original condition to maintain cleanliness and protect the facilities.
11. Please take care of your personal belongings. The facility is not responsible for their safekeeping or recovery.
12. The facility reserves the right to terminate court usage immediately if these regulations are violated. No refund of court rental fees will be provided.
13. The facility reserves the right to add to or amend these regulations at any time based on operational needs. For matters not covered herein, the facility reserves the right of final interpretation and decision.
