* Off-season months: March, April, May, September, October, November, and December; Peak-season months: January, February, June, July, and August.
* Weekdays are Monday to Thursday; Peak days are Friday to Sunday. Definitions of weekdays and weekends are subject to on-site announcements. The hotel reserves the right of final interpretation and modification.
Notes
1. If the event is extended by 1–2 hours, an additional rental fee will be charged on a pro-rata basis according to the applicable time slot. Extensions exceeding 2 hours will be charged as a full day. If the venue is not cleared by 17:30, evening time slot rates will apply.
2. The Dome Court has an approximate radius of 26 meters and is equipped with backstop netting and artificial grass turf.
3. Each venue must be used strictly according to the approved event type and nature; unrelated activities are not permitted.
4. All prices listed above include taxes and service charges. Additional fees apply for venue setup, rehearsals, and teardown periods.
5. Use of the venue for any activities involving election-related flags, banners, posters, or promotions for public officials, political parties, candidates, or their supporters is strictly prohibited.
6. In the event that the venue cannot be used due to force majeure factors such as adverse weather conditions, the booking may be rescheduled to another date; rental fees are non-refundable.
7. Pets are not allowed in the venue, except where otherwise required by law, such as guide dogs, hearing dogs, and mobility assistance dogs.
8. Please comply with the following regulations:
(1) At the time of booking, please confirm the event nature, number of participants, and any machinery or equipment to be brought on-site. We reserve the right to approve or reject any rental application.
(2) Eating, drinking, smoking, fireworks, or open flames (including open fire or induction cookers) are strictly prohibited inside the venue.
(3) Bringing oils, chemical substances, or any items that may cause damage to the venue is strictly prohibited.
(4) Only rubber baseballs or safety baseballs may be used at this venue; hard baseballs are not permitted.
9. Parking fees within the facility: Passenger cars—NT$40/hour on weekdays and NT$60/hour on weekends; Motorcycles—NT$50 per entry. Operating hours: 24 hours.
10. All rentals are for the entire area only; partial rentals or area divisions are not available.
