Please note
1. If the rental is extended by 1–2 hours, an additional fee will be charged on a pro-rata basis according to the applicable time period. Extensions exceeding 2 hours will be charged as a full-day rental. If the venue is not cleared by 17:30, evening session rates will apply.2. Field specifications: Standard baseball field with 340 ft to left and right fields and 400 ft to center field, equipped with protective netting, red clay infield, and natural grass turf.
3. Each venue must be used strictly in accordance with the approved event type and nature. Activities unrelated to the approved use are not permitted.
4. All prices quoted above include taxes and service charges. Fees for venue setup, rehearsals, and teardown are charged separately.
5. The use of the venue for any activities involving election-related items, such as flags, banners, posters, or campaign materials for public officials or political candidates, is strictly prohibited. Political rallies or campaign activities by political parties, candidates, or their supporters are not permitted within the venue.
6. In the event that the venue becomes unavailable due to force majeure, such as adverse weather conditions, the rental may be rescheduled to another date. Rental fees will not be refunded.
7. Pets are not permitted in the field area, except as otherwise required by law, such as guide dogs, hearing dogs, or mobility assistance dogs.
8. Please observe the following regulations:
(1) At the time of booking, please confirm the nature of the event, number of participants, and any machinery or equipment to be brought into the venue. We reserve the right to approve or reject all rental applications.
(2) Eating, drinking, smoking, fireworks, open flames, or the use of cooking equipment (including open flames or induction cookers) are strictly prohibited within the venue.
(3) The use or entry of oil, chemicals, or any materials that may cause damage to the venue is strictly prohibited.
(4) Only soft baseballs or safety baseballs are permitted for use at this venue. Hard baseballs are strictly prohibited.
9. On-site parking fees: Passenger vehicles – NT$40 per hour on weekdays and NT$60 per hour on weekends; motorcycles – NT$50 per entry. Parking is available 24 hours a day.
10. Off-season months are March, April, May, September, October, November, and December. Peak season months are January, February, June, July, and August.
11. Weekdays are defined as Monday through Thursday; peak days are Friday through Sunday. The definition of weekdays and weekends is subject to on-site announcements. The hotel reserves the right of final interpretation and adjustment.
